Back in the days when a living could be made match racing. This car, a second one, owned by Tom McEwen, was sent out for the summer for bookings all around the country. This day, at New England Dragway, it was driven by Russel Long and tuned and maintained by Gene Beaver and Steve Condit, who in another of my galleries, appeared with their Mustang funny car, "L.A. Hooker". I believe Gene was John Force's uncle.
