I ran into the flat bottomed cloud issue, so decided to change my POV on my fog. I then realized it looked very much like sea foam. I plopped a ship in there to show how it almost looks like waves hitting the ship. This only works in the foreground. If you look at the top of the image, the "foam" looks definitely weird. Vue 6I.
