This delicious dish wasn't around, when we lived in Turkey. It's one of my favorites now! It's a mix of grilled ground lamb, beef, and garlic - rolled in a lavash bread. It's topped with fresh tomato sauce and butter and has a dipping sauce of garlic yogurt.
