I heard a helicopter over the house this morning - never a good thing. It turned out to be a CDF copter from the Alma Fire Station, near Los Gatos. It was picking up water from the pond in the horse pasture across the street. The fire was about a mile away at Jarvis and Vine Hill. The Sentinel reported that they got it out right away. It threatened 5 houses.
