Heppenheim is where I grew up. The town has a beautiful mediaval center, church (St. Peters) and castle (Starkenburg).

Very good pictures of your home-town, Markus! "Back to the roots" means to stay in a permanent dialogue with your socialization, to know where you are coming from but as well: where you actually are and where you want to go! Beautiful! I visited Heppenheim last summer. My German friend who lives in Gross-Rohrheim took me there. I can walk on my memory lane again by your nice photos. Thank you.
