Santa Fun Run 2011

SANTA got fit ready for his marathon effort on Christmas Eve as he and more than 350 others ran around Castle Park on Sunday.

The runners, accompanied by children dressed as reindeer took on a three kilometre route to raise cash for the Colchester Hospitals Charity.

Although the final amount raised is to be confirmed it is thought the runners have collected more than £12,000.

This gallery keeps growing, as it is very true, as it must depict all those Santa's that are hard to count :) what a happy event, and it has also brought in some money for charity! V
