Colchester Carnival 2016


CROWDS have lined the streets of Colchester town centre to soak up the carnival atmosphere.
The procession, themed on Fairytales, Myths and Legends, kicked off shortly after 1pm from Abbeyfields.

Around 1,000 individual performers and 40 groups involved then proceeded along Butt Road and into Head Street before going down High Street.
