Yellowstone Lake is the largest mountain, high altitude lake in the United States at 7,733 feet above sea level. The lake is approximately 20 miles long and 14 miles wide. Lake Yellowstone lodge is the yellow building in distance and is the oldest surviving lodge in the park.
