That's much more water than we saw at Moon Falls in July 2003. We revisted the falls last December. The amount of water in Alex Creek was impressive, but there was so much spray that taking pictures was mostly out of the question. It looks like you were there at just the right time.
The lacy cascades kind of remind me of Proxy Falls. I think that there are some good opportunities for close-up shots.
