The Portland skyline and the Willamette River moments before the start of the 2008 Rose Festival fireworks. (30 second exposure)

Although I love the PDX skyline, my main goal was to apply the Long-Exposure-Highway-Night-Shot technique to water instead of asphalt. Those streaks of color in the water are the boats making their way to the adjacent bridges in preparation of the fireworks.
