Northern Pintail Anas acuta
Common winter visitor, August through March. Rare individuals may spend the summer. Breeding is known, but rare. Found in freshwater throughout all terrestrial regions but most common in Coastal lagoons.
Habitat: Shallow wetlands.
Best locations: Widespread.
