Roofing. Certainteed Landmark TL shingles (Chestnut). Shingles are tri-laminate. 340 lbs per square. Bottom of the luxury line. Only shingles heavier (by certainteed) is the presidential shake (they have a TL version of that also). Titanium UDL 50 synthetic underlayment. Synthetic underlayment was not completely stable from change but this is the 3rd generation and I would consider it as a late-beta. It is much lighter and tougher than felt but has zero breathability. The roofers also do the intake vent upgrade and the ridge vents and remove the turbines and moved some of the T-vents and pipe-jacks out of the way of the PV panels (directly in way or shading threat).
