this was my first view of the grendeur of tikal, from atop temple 4; i stood still for i do not know how long before i could grab my camera - the height was mesmerizing and the temples in the distance were hypnotic.

if there is a god i am sure he or she sits atop temple 4 everyday to see and hear the forest below...
