Loaded barge came loose from it's mooring and hit the BNSF Mainline railroad bridge crossing the flooding Mississippi River. The main line was shut down for nearly 24Hrs. This is also the main line for the Amtrak " Califoria Zephyr", causing a change in routing for passengers.
