HAYNES DESCRIPTION:
One of Ford’s more elegant body styles was introduced by its Lincoln subsidiary in 1935 and its classic Art Deco. Aimed at the younger end of the market but with a price tag of £550 in Britian, it appealed to more affluent members of the jazz age. Even so, it was expensive for a V12 engined car. The engine had a capacity of 4378cc and gave the car a top speed of 90mph with a cruising speed of over 70mph. The vague and low speed steering has to experienced to be believed.
