Against Her Will

I was just reading about some of the changing investigative processes concerning rape.
Apparently DNA samples can now be examined quicker.
I wonder just how these changes effect the feelings of the victim?
Is it possible for the authorities to become more proactive as opposed to reactive?
Just wondering.

Very emotional shot! Rape is horrible. It is very difficult to get past it and move on and changes how you look at life and at everyone. My prayers go out to everyone that has ever been there. Life never is the same for anyone. Great tribute and I wish this would never happen to another woman or child or man, for that matter. Vote on this one, Gary!
