The Beagle Channel (named after HMS Beagle, the ship on which Charles Darwin visited Tierra del Fuego in 1833) flows east-west south of Tierra del Fuego. The eastern end of the Beagle Channel forms a boundary between Argentina (north) and Chile (south). The western end is entirely within Chile.
