This was a special day, for the first time in 52 years and in my lifetime, we had snowfall here in Lisbon.
Snow fell throughout the entire country leaving most of it covered in white, unfortunately,
here the snow melted as it hit the ground so we had to be content with watching it fall.
This makes Lisbon the third European capital where I've seen snow falling,
and curiously the quantity surpassed what I saw in both London (in the Fall) and Vienna (in the Spring).
Another first was the opportunity to enjoy the show from my living room window,
instead of freezing while on the street.
