How hot was it? High temps even have Robins looking for ways to cool off.

Ottawa, Ontario. Canada

Temperatures reached a high of 33*C in Ottawa on Sunday. With the Humidex it felt more like 40*C. I saw this Robin cooling off under some shade with its wings all spread out.

excellent -- we have a pair of blackbirds which come and sunbathe in our garden, they don't seem to be bothered by us unless we get within about 8ft of them
