There are 4 Brant Geese and 2 Dunlin at Andrew Haydon Park. The Dunlin have been there for 2 days and hang around the edges of the west pond (it's like a shoreline for them....lacking in Ottawa these days). Very easy to approach both species.

The bird pictured above was calling and that was a treat to hear up close. I almost never hear these birds calling while they're on the ground.
