I joined the many birders and photographers who went to see the owls at the Rockcliffe Parkway at Green's Creek this morning. At least one off duty law enforcement officer was also there taking photos of the owls. It's a great excuse to get outdoors, get some fresh air and enjoy the owls. Makes our cold winters more tolerable.
