Sunshine and bright blue skies. Quiet and peaceful. A winter landscape graced by the presence of a rare visitor, the northern hawk owl. It was a beautiful day to be in the great outdoors.

A Gray Jay, Raven and Hairy Woodpecker came by to welcome the hawk owl today.
