Looking at this picture brings me to my Dad picture. He have an early picture, because the stairs on the right were not completed, only one flag pole and the HQ sign was different. You and my Dad must have stood in the same point. My Dad was a chaplain there and I was born in 1950 in Sendai. His name was Chaplain/Captain Russell Haggard USAF. Take care, God bless. Bob Haggard
