I knew it would be clear this night, so I wanted to capture the bridge with stars. When I got there I saw a construction area (underneath the bottom of the picture). It was quite dark at the time and I couldn't tell the bridge was half demolished. I just thought the lights were turned off. Apparently they are renovating the bridge in the winter.
