Indeed! In the 4th edition of their book on page 162 they state without any explanation that "Captain Sundown is a company we can't recommend." I do a lot of sailing and I found nothing really wrong with Sundowns trip. I wish Wizard Publication would explain in at least one single sentence what is precisely their objection. Anyway, by all means try "Na Pali Catamaran!" However we found no brochure of their operation and we were in the believe that Sundowns Cat is the only one operating from Hanalei Bay.

Looks like fun! I wonder why Wizard Pub in their book about Kauai does not recommend them!
