Steve, hello I wanted to take a second and tell you how wonderful your work is.
I live very close to St. Louis Missouri and recently a car dealership "auctioned" a 2010 Camaro!! I actually did not win it, I had the highest bid. Still got it for a great buy.
The dealer has 4 total locations and with all of the proceeds being donated to the USO!! My son is Navy, husband Marine Corps, newphew Army and brother Airforce so we have them all in the family. So purchasing this car meant alot for me.
I had not driven a car for more than 7 or 8 times within the last 8 years due to being in a bad car accident in 2003 so purchasing this car had several special meanings for me.
I was looking at your work for something with the American Bald Eagle, Patriotism, etc.. What I am going to be doing is hoping to find a company that maybe does the "wraps" for the cars. Since the proceeds all going to the USO I would like to have something on the car that represents what our men and women of our military do for us.
I was thinking of maybe the American Eagle's picture from the brown chest and up. Someone mentioned that putting the Eagle's head on the hood of the car (like the old firebird??)with maybe some dog tags around its neck would be cool. ??? On the dog tags I was thinking of having something like "freedom is not free" or "freedom 4 all". I was thinking about having the either one of those sayings "freedom is not free" or "freedom for all" or "let freedom ring" going down the side of the car. I am going to try to get the license plate either "FRDM 4 All", FREEDOM".
I wanted to explain this to you to see if you would have any good ideas of a picture that you have taken, seen, etc..
I already have request from individuals to put the car in car shows, large parades, homecomings for some of our vets.. which is fine. I will have 1 veteran and 1 active duty man or woman with riding it in during the parades.
The car is rally yellow.
