Peregrine Falcon Slackwater Harbor Drive Little Rock (Pulaski County) Arkansas

These are NOT good photos, but at least prove I saw it!!! I tried to get photos of the bands on its legs, as I wondered if it was a lost falconer's bird. It had two bands on its left leg and I believe one on the right leg. It was pretty far away from me on a totally gray day!!!
