Yes, Carolyn the Kestrel did have a bird in its talons. I could not tell if it was a Mockingbird baby or not.

Cool mockingbird. What would we do without this multipurpose bird that adds so very much to our enjoyment of watching and listening to birds? Does the kestrel have a victim in its talons?
