Eastern Kingbird -taken on a VERY WINDY day, the bird was trying to maintain balance on the wire, thus the reason its tail was up.

I can't remember seeing a kingbird hold the tail up so high like that. Sometime my memory is limited to less thn 2 seconds. Good photo,that seen to be common for you.
