Today was a very gray day and I probably should have stayed at home instead of venturing out to try to get bird photos. Gray days do not produce enough light for good photos and I had such great opportunities today; a Loggerhead Shrike that looked left, then right, then flipped around and faced me, almost begging that I photograph it all. An awesome Red-tailed Hawk that I hope to locate again on a sunny day. The Kestrel too was pretty cooperative.
