This looks like an exotic place to be. I'm laughing because I climbed up on a stairway to a tressel where a train was about 4 feet from me.. i kept getting closer. I was not afraid of anything but my own clumsiness..lol

When I "grow up", I sure would like to have a camera like yours Giles! These 2 first shots are amazing. This photo has such an enourmous depth... We seem to be able to look almost into infinity... And the sky is so beautiful. Womderful work Giles.

Landscapes is something I just can't do Gilles, so when i see one like this, full of textures, composition and the play of light and shadow, it can bring a tear to my eye. You bring a touch of majestic serenity to this place. Quiet (except for the waves), peaceful, natural.

Gilles, Cette image est magnifique, tellement riches de suggestions, force et rythme. Il y a ici l’intensité dramatique du ciel nuageux et la force froide des falaises, mais aussi le mouvement éternel et réconfortant des vagues qui rejoignent toujours une plage. Le choix du noir et blanc est parfait, je crois que la même photo en couleur n’aurait pas donné le même impact. La perspective est aussi très intéressante, une ligne imaginaire qui nous mène loin presque paisiblement. Marisa
