I think I have already seen those stairs...
Rather troubling picture, deeply eveocative, with a rather tragic pathos and a deep feeling of loneliness, in spite of the apparently crowded space .

This does have a tendency to make someone feel dizzy, because of all those angles from the shadows. I love the illusion of this. Very nice.
