Galapagos Islands Ecuador

They have been called the Enchanted Isles and they are. We traveled on the National Geographic M/S Islander Lindblad expedition ship. Many thanks to the captain, crew, expedition leader and the naturalist for taking care of us and sharing their knowledge and love of the Galapagos. We visited the islands of North Seymour, Bartolome, Santiago, Santa Cruz, Isabela, Fernandina, Floreana and Espanola. Each island was different but as wonderous as the others. Though I have done my best to capture the wonders of these islands in photos, only by seeing them and walking on them can you really appreciate the magic of the Enchanted Isles. It is no wonder Charles Darwin was inspired by them and his reasearch here helped shape his works on evolution and natural selection.
