I dropped my bike in the garage. Cracked right side bag. Bought $30 harbor freight plastic welder. None of the rods that came with it would blend with whatever material the bags are made of, so I used the tip of a screwdriver to kind of smash the plastic back together after it was molten. Worked alright, seems to be strong and doesn't leak.
