Greg, those pictures are incredible. I ran NYC in '06 and I recognized so many things in your pictures. That turn and uphill run on the Queensboro was a KILLER! :) I'm running it again in '08.

Thanks for your great pictures. My daughter ran the marathon (her first) and we saw her @ 2 places on the course. Your pictures however really showed me what she saw and went thru and made me even more proud of her then I was that sunday. Those of you who ran the marathon are a special breed of people and I cannot thank you enough for sharing your pictures with us - particularly the finish line ones are wonderful.

Your pictures are fantastic! I was in NYC to support my sister who ran the marathon, and thanks to your pictures, I was able to see for myself the things that she experienced. I wondered what the staging area was like before the race, and I also was trying to imagine the finish line......what it looked like, how the medals were handed out, how they retrieved their belongings, etc. If it wasn't for your pictures those things would have remained a mystery. Thanks again!!!
