Conde B McCoolough was a public servant. He was employed by
the State of Oregon as a teacher and later in the state
highway department. He rose to the position of assisstant
state highway engineer. He designed many of the states most
beautiful and highest volume bridges. The photographer
pictured is his grandson, who keeps the images in family
archives updated.
