after finally recovering from six months of severe back pain, although still riddled with persisting leg issues, a small excursion proved possible..a view from Jericho Sailing Club

So sorry to learn you have been having back pain. Truly a difficult problem to deal with. Glad to hear you were up for a little outing. Always nice to head down to the water for some fresh sea air. Those yellow sails are great.
