An excellent metaphor for the current housing crisis. With so many immigrant construction workers being deported from the US, sales of new housing is likely headed for a decline. Tariffs will also drive up construction material costs which will not only affect new house prices but also remodeling costs of existing houses. All of this will just drive up the prices on used houses. I am glad I am not in the market for a house. Thanks for sharing.
