decline

electric vehicle sales are on the decline in Canada, due to high cost, inadequate infrastructure, and range anxiety...in the case of Tesla, there is of course another factor to consider

Even before Elon went full Nazi there were lots of reasons not to buy a Cybertruck.
Would you enjoy cleaning the interior side of the windshield of this bizarre vehicle?
Bryan Murahashi04-May-2025 03:48
An ugly vehicle, which is a common sight on our roads.
Apostolos Tikopoulos02-May-2025 17:35
Very interesting and strange car, nicely captured. V

This strange design leaves me perplexed! V

I think of many far better uses for that kind of money.
Julie Oldfield27-Apr-2025 23:55
Ugly ugly ugly! 🤢
Ursula Miller27-Apr-2025 19:34
Well, it’s definitely not a nice car. For me it looks like a war machine. V

I thought they were ugly the first time I saw one and I still think so.
Marcia Rules27-Apr-2025 14:47
That thing is hideous!
Jeff Real27-Apr-2025 13:00
They look so aggressive like it would swallow my small car!
Just think of all of the camera gear one could purchase for this price tag not to mention the travel!
An intriguing photograph!

It looks more like a war vehicle than an elegant convertible, which in the current times is not necessarily a bad choice ...
Same in Franc. Even if U.E deputies vote for the end of thermal engines in the European Union in 2035, which may be compromised given the resistance of buyers. ... But EU leaders have long since been able to keep up with Europeans.

EVs are niche and they will always be because of the necessity of charging which is pretty much limited to folks who own their own homes. Teslas, which use AC motors and thus are independent of rare earth magnets, can continue production when China shuts all the DC motor vehicles down from lack of Dysprosium. Too bad.

That one pretends to class whilst quite lacking it.
Carl Carbone26-Apr-2025 22:03
Boy, those sure are ugly and cheap looking. Hope you didn't damage your camera capturing it!
Helen Betts26-Apr-2025 21:37
At least here, that other factor is the main factor, from what I can see.
Nick Paoni26-Apr-2025 20:03
Trump tried to prop up sales by pleading with Republicans to buy Teslas. I doubt that many of his loyal followers are ready to trade in their F-series pickups for one of these though.
John Hamers26-Apr-2025 19:58
Sales of electric car also dropped here. Due to its weight the cybertruck is not even allowed on the roads here. V!
Allan Jay26-Apr-2025 19:41
Definitely a look I find strange!

I remember when all cars exported to the US had to have massive rubber bumpers to provide impact protection. That thing looks like a weapon!
No wonder it's been banned in many civilised countries.
joseantonio26-Apr-2025 17:22
I can see what you mean.V
Gerard KOEHL26-Apr-2025 17:02
Très particulier comme véhicule. V
