a visit to the seashore yesterday morning was in sunny conditions,with the air very cold...then mid-afternoon skies darkened and a sudden snowstorm hit the city...temperatures also plummeted, and sit currently at -13C, or 8.6F..you'd think it was winter in Canada!!
