aquatic runway

the river serves as an aquatic runway for a couple of local airlines that have terminals on the shores...this plane is carrying passengers bound for Vancouver Island

the distant peaks, in the Fraser Valley, are in the Garibaldi Range of the Coast Mountains, and within the boundaries of Golden Ears Park

I like all the layers in this fine shot, and as always the towering mountains which pretty much backdrop all shots in Vancouver...great work David

Terrific looking mountains in the distance. I always loved to watch seaplanes take off and land. This one is so nicely positioned in the photo.
