Westham Island, Ladner

all told yesterday was an ideal day to visit Alaksen Nati'l Wildlife Reserve...cold, grey, rainy, just so seasonal...the air was fresh, but there could have been more subtlety in the clouds

Alaksen Reserve is a refuge on the Pacific Flyway, frequented by many migrating birds, and quite a few native species too
