last week

the park has many quiet spots, making it easy to practice what the W.H.O. now calls 'physical' distancing....'social' distancing is so last week

It feels like I am standing at an open doorway and I can just step into the image. Well done. V

A beautiful image with the trees framing the reflections. Such a tranquil location that I would assume should be a great place to view wildlife. VV

Looks like a great place to practice distancing of several types. Love the gnarled tree standing in the water.

We're learning new words and phrases everyday from this pandemic...superb image with the luxuriant growth almost filling up the frame...and so refreshing with that spot of blue from the pond..V

I love the wildness of this park - is it still open ?? V
There's no distancing around Lumby - no one to distance from :)

A peaceful and lovely place. I feel so much better now, that it's "physical distancing".

The arch created by the branches is so lovely. It seems like a great place to be alone. V

A wonderful my-kind-of-place! So glad people finally caught on to 'physical distancing'... perhaps the next thing should be 'residential retreat' instead of 'lockdown'!

Jane's observation is certainly a valid one. However that's no critter, but rather the splintered end of a broken willow branch..

Physical distancing does make more sense. As I was looking at the pretty reflections my eyes came to rest upon a spot in the foreground that looks like the back of some kind of critter observing the scene too. It's probably just a piece of wood but in my mind it's a critter! Do you see him, right by the bottom edge with the sunlight bouncing off his ears?

:-) We do have keep on our toes to keep up with the latest jargon. Lovely shot, embodies solitude.

Labeling is just word worry! What ever happened to personal space?

Thick growth. Not to be a dowwner but it looks like soon to be Mosquito country despite being pretty.
