Not quite sure that's hoarding...just shows interest in a lot of different things. Photos to keep family close at hand, books to improve one's mind, musical instruments to feed a person's soul and a brass dog to remind one of old pets from the past. Looks orderly to me!

Hoarding is a common behavioral disorder with negative impact on one's lives and if serious enough may need professional treatment... there are worst scenarios than the image you have so nicely presented here...V
