tested the D7000 a week ago, and discovered the in -camera battery was nearly expired...best charge that up in the coming days before the imminent road trip...don't yet know how the spare is lasting

A rich contrasting shot, with excellent reflections. I’d go with a new EN-EL 15a battery as a backup should be good for thousand shots at lest in theory. V
