Very true David. Politicians are completely out of touch and the cost of living is becoming prohibitive. Makes the wildly fluctuating weather the best of three, and I must say I really enjoy it.

LOL ! it is not a Frenchman who will contradict you with all the problems nowadays. But from here Canada is not so bad compares with U.S.A. GB (with the brexit) , Italy, Poland, Hungary, with their ultra-right leaders... Only to speak about the western countries... What about a goat's head soup :):):) V.
