a local shop named Splash specializes in swimsuits...odd for the PNW...their current window display, a bit of a grotesquerie, features mannequins with Halloween masks...marketing is a complex business

Pretty bizarre, but well spotted and captured. Seems like something I'd see on Capitol Hill as a Halloween decoration.
