sketchy

driving home from a friend's house, passed this sketchy display of Xmas lights...it seems some people cannot wait any longer, and are already putting out their seasonal display of coloured lights

still should keep an eye out, and gear handy...in the coming weeks there could well be some more colourful, and outlandish sights

I'd say that is way too early. They were already selling Christmas decorations at Costco in September. Not a fan of Christmas lights anyway, though you did expose this well.
