dearth

False Creek

there has been a dearth of outdoor images recently, and this is why...the grey skies of winter have set in, and sunny breaks are rare...temps are warmer, but dull, wet conditions dominate the current weather...there is reason for optimism though, as the rains should relent by April

So many wonderful lines and great detail in this capture David. Even with the gray skies, there is so much energy and vibrance this image. Well seen and shot!! VVV

A great array of lines and shapes here. I thought it was a black and white image at first. I like the touches of color here and there. April does seem a long way off but time does fly!

The gray skies don't seem to have diminished activities on false creek. The bridge frames the shot very nicely. V

I like these gray tones punctuated from time to time by brightly colored spots! V

A striking composition, but it does look devoid of sunlight and color. Only four months until April!

Great lines - both horizontal and vertical! You gave me a chuckle…April is a long time away…but January is coming quick. V

Yep, we've been enjoying the lovely weather as well. Time to pour
thru the archives...I like the mostly monochrome feeling of this
composition, David.
