Sooke Potholes, Vancouver Island

at the end of the last ice age melting glaciers carved out the Sooke River valley, and deposited large scale rocks as they passed through...this view was caught much closer to the river than the previous one

This photo is graphic from the scale of people. I wouldn't want to stand on a sloping rock there.
